Mister Zimi

I bought a dress online only to find it was falsely advertised. Strangely I found no other reviews under this particular dress speaking to what I thought seemed to be an obvious issue. I left a review in hope to help other consumers but suspiciously found that my review needed to be reviewed by Zimi before being posted (subsequently it was not posted). This explains why on the website you will only find 5 star (possibly 4 star) reviews. This brand lacks integrity and transparency. I've been a loyal customer for years but despite loving the clothing cannot justify supporting this business any longer. Instead of holding any accountability and fixing (what are possibly minor concerns) they would rather cover this up and ignore the feedback entirely. This to me screams arrogance. Edit: someone responded apologising and asked me to email them so I did (yet to receive a response) but bizarrely, it appears the staff member who commented on this review has since deleted this comment.. lol if that doesn't affirm the above I don't know what does. These guys really do suck.

Had the most amazing experience in store today with Eve. Friendly and super helpful and told us so much we didnt know about the brand! Will definitely be back

I loved the store in Bondi which has closed recently. All the staff there was so super nice. Today I have visited the Byron store to see all the beautiful Mr Zimi collection. I am super disappointed, not because of the clothes but 1. I had to leave the pram with my sleeping son in front of the store as there are only stairs. Bad for mums with prams and anyone in a wheelchair. 2. I received a hello from the shop assistant and that was about it. No offering assistance or anything.
