Couldn't have been an easier experience renting boards. The staffperson was so lovely and helpful, and she even let slide that we returned a tiny bit late (but don't return late, ppl!) How Byron should be!

Extremely rude manager. Would not recommend. For a place that depends on tourists I was very disappointed. Happy to say our home town wins hands down.

Rented two boards, the sales person was very helpful and flexible with regards to the drop off time, said if we were late that was not a big deal. Had great time surfing at the Clarke's Beach

I bought a cardigan today and has a nice chat with the sales lady and went home and tried it on with the dress that I had bought it to go with and it didnt fit over the sleeves at all and looked horrible and lumpy. My friend ran back to the store and asked if she could return it for me and the sales lady first said oh no our eftpos is down can you come back tomorrow but then afterwards said that actually they dont allow returns for not garments not fitting. I can understand if it was weeks or days later but it was literally two hours in between and why would she say that the eftpos was down and ask my friend to come back tomorrow if she had no Intentions of refunding it? This has really soured our experience and just feels mean, petty and not good customer service at all. Very disappointed and wont come here again.
