I keep coming back to this place because of Dr Ayesha. She is the best doctor. Compassionate and she cares about her patients. If it wasnt for her, i would have gone to a different clinic. I spoke to Dr Ruwan Gamwasam Parndigamage over the phone months ago and I remember he didnt really help me at all. He told me Its hard to assess over the phone you need to make a face to face booking fast foward, I felt very sick again and unfortunately this is the only doctor available on the phone consult. He asked me questions over the phone but at the end he said the same speech that its hard to assess over the phone and I just need to take panadol! Ridiculous ! He wasnt listening to what i was saying that panadol wasnt helping and that my covid test was negative yet he ask me again if took covid test. I keep telling him i dont know what to do and he was just cold on the phone and all i hear was his typing! I felt really helpless after this phone call and cried so much!!! There was no empathy on the call and after all the questions he just said its hard to asssess and I just need to take panadol, do a covid vaccine and flu vaccine. Unbelievable !!

Had a terrible experience. Even though I called multiple times that I couldnt come in the appointment time, they charged $40 on my next visit. When I tried explaining, they were so rude.
