The worst. Had a 3.10pm appointment and was still waiting at 5pm! Made my appointment online. They do 10min or 20 mins increment waiting times, but clearly not long enough for patient consultation. Friday afternoon, had to cancel dinner plans because I needed to see the doctor. Such a bad system.

I felt devalued by the amount of time I had to wait (2.5 hrs passed my appointment time). I'll try not to visit there anymore.
