        Good tasting drink however would appreciate some more professionalism. Staff took their time making my order by talking to one another. One girl even took my finished drink with her to continue her conversation before handing it over. Would appreciate some more time awareness in the future.

        Absolutely unbelievable.i went today and there were no pearls . I don't mean no tapioca i mean NO PEARLS AT ALL all there was is jelly . Very upsetting

        A very BIG Thankyou to the Chatime Burwood Westfiled Saturday & Sunday morning team for making these drinks! The morning team are very efficient with online orders. Just an FYI - I order these weekend drinks regularly as they go to the homeless kids in Five Dock - everyone needs to have a Chatime in their life!

        We like Thai milk tea here but they forgot to put Aloe vera in my drink even it was not busy at all. Only 2 customers and 3 staff working. Couldnt understand what they were doing. So disappointed for $8.60 drink
