Sooooo, slow to make drink I order my drinks and wait for 30min and staff still take order to another customer and my drink already done they just left beside long time... Terrible and they did check customer number given wrong person drink... (This company have a many good good staff.)

The worst coco in Australia. I went to buy bubble teas with my friend on Saturday, and the clerk was constantly distracted by other things when ordering, this is one. 2. when there was clearly nothing to do with her, and her colleagues had not asked her for help, she must go away from taking our order to command her colleague. 3. During the process of ordering, she seemed unable to concentrate. We emphasized it back and forth for more than five times before she understood. The same thing happened to the next customer. 4. I had repeatedly stressed that my drink needed to be no added sugar. She added TWO whole pumps of syrup to it. She defended herself that no sugar was no white sugar. I have bought countless drinks from Coco, and you are the only one who let me down so much. Then I'll defend myself, too. Your drink tasted different from others! MANY TIMES SWEETER than others.
