        I had the worst customer service in Burwoods Gong cha. The staffs were very rude and didnt even give us water when we asked for.

        The piece of human trash behind the counter took a sip from my milk before pouring it into the cup. She denied she did it but I saw her. Avoid this one at all costs, unsanitary, rude and scummy.
