        Extremely poor communication on the misleading website. They dont put clear dates on the days they are closed. No signage on the front gate. If you have an urgent result that is required, for instance you need to attend surgery they do not answer the phone. If they do they have a way to speak to the lab to ensure that these minority amount of tests are looked at in a timely manner. In these rapidly changing events because of omicron youre wasting your time coming to this test facility.
