Absolutely horrible experience, one of the an Indian Pathology Nurse name 'Asulate' (I think), she was so rude and incompetent. It was painful experience and my left arm badly bruised for 2 weeks. If you have to go, please avoid her.

The lady (Antonella) at the front desk needs an absolute proper Customer service training, customer service is ridiculous. Management should handle the front desk to the right people to keep the business right.

Not happy with them at all.i called them and I asked them can i come for the blood test they said ok fine.when I was there ,the main entrance was closed so I had to go from the back door,takes time and when I went upstairs they said it's too late you can go tomorrow other places,????what's going on in Douglass Hanly?????

I guess they were training staff when we went. Things went smooth, just took longer than usual. They were professional, nice waiting area with good seating.

Excellent people and customer service !!! I went for my daughters blood test on Friday and I was absolutely pleased by the staff and service Melani handled my daughter so well and Krista accompanied her. I was scared but they both put my daughter in so much ease!! Absolutely lovely girls . Highly recommend them.
