Horrible and unreliable. Ruining holidays for us. Day 6 of waiting for results of covid test and nothing and no way of communication. Hope their NATA get discredited. Should close down. There is a reason that good drs only accept DHM

Waiting here for 4:30 hours for COVID testing. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't have capacity but pretending to be a good service provider. Shocking condition people are getting sick standing in the line. Didn't even offer a bottle of water. Government should shout down this kind of incompetent COVID testing centres.

Super poor service We had an appointment booked for a Covid test a week in advance, test was required to attend a high risk appointment at hospital. Upon arrival, we were told that we had to stand in a cue with a 3 hr wait time, in 30 degree heat, where 1 in 4 people are testing positive to Covid. We were more likely to catch covid waiting in the line. What is the point of having a booking system, if the clinic doesn't recognise the booking? At the very least, advise patients by call/text/email that the appointment will not be honoured so that they can try make other arrangements for testing. We rang and emailed multiple times prior to the appointment with no response. Rather we had to drive 45 minutes only to be turned away.

They scammed me to pay $150 to take COVID test!!! I went to the test centre there on 13th Dec for COVID test to travel to Tasmania whose border was openning on 15th Dec, and they told me that COVID test for travel is not covered by Medicare, so I had to go to the front door of their clinic to do the same test but through different procedure with $150. I was fooled by them and paid for the test which was not required by the border control at all!!! I know there might be some misunderstanding but they should've told me that they are a private business running for profits and I could've have a free test at a state-run facility!!!
