Blacktown Hospital Emergency Department Carpark

A terrible experience... 7 hours. Its hard not to get angry as a person needing to get some help. All the reasons and explanations at each step of the way, through our experience. When the crm creates moments like, "Im in pain and it takes 2 hours to reluctantly administer pain relief. When being assessed in the rear ward preparing for CT, the doctor (that I had not met), started calling my mobile phone asking me where am I, and complaining she is waiting for me in emergency? Then being moved out of that area as it closes at 10pm so had to sit in waiting room in pain with saline drip attached. With the TV on ch9 showing a reality show of extreme medical procedures that happen in a UK hospital. Then it takes a few more house to administer the correct medication that should have been administered hours earlier. Then to have my discharge process started, and an hour later removing the canula, then now at another hour waiting for pain relief and discharge. Witnessing little to no empathy to the many maybe here for more important reasons than mine. With my partner helping a pregnant lady with her shoes while I settled the husband down who clearly was frustrated and struggling with the challenges of language barriers. Confident my opinion wont be reasonably heard with respect and constructive feedback.

Worst experience ever. We are waiting from 2PM and its 9 PM now still waiting.
