Rainbow Cottage Kindy & Long Day Care Centre

Disgusting owner! Treated my son as if he was a burden and would announce openly accross the room in front of other parents what he did. Workers would speak to me privately and offer support. Turns out after going to a new childcare that they noticed he was showing signs of Autism... which has been correct. She openly gossips about staff members and I have witnessed her showing a parent another family's overdue invoice! Horrible. If you love your children and want the best for them DO NOT GO THERE! They clean at 4pm and hate mess... no sand pit, bare minimum and they dislike children.

I called this centre to book a tour in. The woman on the phone treated me like I was stupid and said you have called a child care centre and I said yes I know that I wanted to have a tour of the centre you know have a look around. She then said I could come anytime and I thought great but then she proceeded to ask questions about my son and when I want care and I explained that he's 6 months I don't want care until July next year just wanting to have a look around and put him on a waitlist. She then again proceeded to treat me like I was stupid talking down to me saying they can't hold a spot that long, by this point I was annoyed at her tone and lack of knowledge that I just said look I understand all that I worked in child care for 8 years don't worry about it and hung up.
