Booked in for Recall replacement of fuel pump & major service on my 2018 cx-3. Was pleasantly surprised & very impressed esp after last experience (fuel pump failed at beginning of 2020 long before the recall, huge hassle to diagnose/fix) The service centre staff were all helpful, friendly & thorough in explaining both cost n what was involved for service. Justin in the morning, Zac in the afternoon. Courtesy lift home & return (4.5km from service centre) Price was actually cheaper at pick up than quote for major service in the morning as my low kms meant a couple of things didn't need doing at the moment. The video of the actual service from mechanic/automotive technician Lachlan was awesome.

I booked for the first service for my car which had to be done around 1000 kilometre. I went there to service the car with huge expectation and waited for 2 hrs for service. After the service they brought my car back and when i saw the car I was really disappointed by the service. They didnt even asked me if I want to wash my car or not. They washed my car and when it was dried and before I pick my car I checked everything properly. And there were soap stains and scratches on my brand new car that I used it for just 6 days. I told them to fix all those things. They tried to disappear those marks with some polish and some chemicals and tried to make look good for a while. I collected the car with zero satisfaction from them and when I came back home and check the car in sunlight next day it was full of swirl marks all over the bonnet and doors. My car was looking worst. So I had faced very bad customer satisfaction from them so I dont want anyone to take their car there. Especially those who wash your car their they dont care, they dont care about your hard work earned money. I am really upset with these people and their service there and of course I will get back to Mazda dealer to sort out my problem.Such a worst wash. Dont recommend to anyone
