It was a great experience from Ben & his team of staff, for there Professional services on our lawns & garden. The team Jo & her partner serviced our home, As if it was THERE Own Home. The immaculate care taken to provide a great Garden Weed Care to Lawn mowing. AS our Grass is Sir Walter Buffalo. First Time client & from here a Very Loyal Client. I would have liked to find a fault in the Care taken to Manicure our Lawns & Garden . But Unfortunately Jo & Her Partner did a Tremendous job of our Garden needs. Not to forget Jo & Her Partner worked very hard to provide a GREAT SERVICE. I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. Thorough with the jobs tasked and carried out the work in a very professional way. Went out of their way to complete work even continued to work pass standard hours to complete the job. Would have them do work again for us. Also they are NDIS approved. Services: Exterior painting, Paint indoors, General repairs

I had used their services at the end of 2019, in regards to clearing my inherited house that a hoarding tenant lived in for years. I was recommended by my local council to use them because they were able to allow me to pay half after selling the property which was very beneficial and their quote was cheaper than others. But at the start, their contract was unprofessional and needed multiple changes. Their scheduling, work times and communication was delayed. They had reassured a workers commitment to the job but I had discovered him drinking on the job, hired machinery that wasn't used and inviting strangers into the home and steal multiple items. After this, the manager was able to confront the worker and fire him, soon then giving me new workers with proper background checks. During this extended time that was not planned in the contract, the workers were sufficient, on time and hard working. They had caused damaged to the property and did not communicate about the work, leading us to not realise the job was done until I was alerted from Google to write a review about their services. I was shocked by the amount of time and effort they put in and even removed the carpet, finding money and leaving it for me. They were great people who committed to their job and worked over time to complete it. The manager in charge of this job was understanding and patient with my needs and story, often unprofessional with communication and was hard to trust after reassuring us about the first worker but persistent on completing the job. I would not use their services again and hopefully won't need to. I was reassured they have improved their services since then and I do hope the best for their future in the clearing/cleaning industry. Writing this review a year later because I was finally able to sell the property and pay the rest of the amount back, properly finishing my work with them.
