        Lazy and inefficient staff.Recently I tried one shoe from the display and it was a good fit and wanted to purchase it but they couldn't even find and get me the other one in a pair that fit me.The same thing happened to my husband, few months earlier too.What are your staff for if they can't even go inside,look with care and bring the right pair for the customers?without searching properly they give silly responses like ,"cant find the other one ,you try some other shoes" !!useless staff.

        Staff should be more friendly. It looks like they being forced to work. They need to trust their customers, not everyone is a theif.

        I bought shoes 6 months ago and they got damaged inside and I went to get a refund and they didn't even listen to me. Very very rude customer service.
