The worst customer service in the world, they do not know what customer service is, Honda recalled Our Honda Accord car which we bought Brand new and then we receive a letter from HONDA that the Air Bag has to be replaced as it is deadly, the driver could get killed , we contacted HONDA and we requested them to take the car back and refund our money or give us another car without defect as per Fair Trading rule , as we brought the car brand new and it has a major defect, we did not want to get the car repaired, HONDA was absolutely arrogant and aggressive and refused to refund or even give us a loan car for our trouble ,so HONDA went and wrote to RMS NSW to deregister our car and then RMS NSW sent us a letter that the car is going to be deregistered so we had to go to this garbage Alto Honda to replace the Air Bag, then they started their game , first they said it will only take two and half hours, when we went they were absolutely rude with us, then we leave the car and then they say the part has to be ordered and leave the car for three days, which we did not agree to as we could not trust them with the car for three days, so we were told to come back after one week again, so we asked them whose fault is it that the air bag is faulty , they rudely replied that it is not their fault, absolutely no responsibility, they did not even offer a loan car, we contacted HONDA head office they also had the same arrogant attitude, absolutely no responsibility or accountability for their product has no idea about customer service, Australian Government should ban Honda from Australia as they do not meet Australian standard, shonky below standard product.Warning to all do not go to ALTO HONDA Blacktown and do not buy a HONDA CAR you will regret, your money will be wasted Service: General repairs & maintenance
