Service is terrible booked for 10:30 but not been called for 1 hrs.. so much waiting to see doctor

My 9yo son was referred to Dr Martin for psychology and what a terrible experience for my son .the Dr didn't pay full attention to my son whatsoever. While he was talking to him the Dr would either be on his computer or answering private calls and he looked like he was drifting off into another world every time we were there and not giving my son the attention he deserves. My son has a few diagnosis and will generally speak about anything and everything to anyone who will listen and even he looked unimpressed by the situation. but has said he wants a new person cause John doesn't listen to him and is always doing other stuff while he talks to him this coming from a child talking about a psychologist...not good in my opinion.

Doctors are great but the clinic overbooks all the time, its a minimum 40 minute wait after your appointment time and if you walk in you are looking at 1hr+ even on quiet days, this has been going since pre covid, during covid and after covid it will not get better
