        The staff all looks young and probably they are all teenagers. There are lack of motivation when they are working and seems there's no proper process and people are waiting for their queue. The gravy i had was burnt. The staff doesn't seem to know how to put value on their service. You have to ask for a bag even your order is take away, to ask for a wet wipes and spoom as well. They just give ur chicken that they shoot it in the box just like that. Store manager should look after her team, poor teens. They doesn't seem to enjoy their work in this kfc.
