Worst kfc drive through service. They can't fckn count. Come home with missing chicken pieces. Also gave out a whole bucket of burnt pieces of chicken on another occasion. Called to complain and they hang up on their customers. Can you please check all items before you give it to your customers so they don't have to drive back to get the correct orders???

I purchased a family burger deal to share with a couple of my colleagues since our lunch time is limited by time, I collected my food from the drive-through and rushed back to work after arriving back at work found out the wicked wings box is missing, it wasn't in the bag, this is very disappointing because the whole family deal is mean to be shared by 3 of us, and the wicked wing is for my colleague, now because it's missing, I as the one who collected the meal going to have to give my meal to my colleague, so my colleague end up forced to eat the burger I ordered which he didn't like, and I got no lunch and no time to go buy my lunch again. The unprofessional caused me not only I didn't get what I paid for, but most importantly, I will have to be starved for the rest of the afternoon.

Food poisoning in a box anyone? A group of us ordered a lunch here. Chicken so firm from being in the warmer what seemed like a week it was almost jerky. Spoke to manager got snarled at. Sat down to eat and saw expired chicken crates against the window next to us leaking blood all over the place. Benches couldn't remember when they last saw a cloth or sanitizer. Bins over flowing and bread crates blocking front door and only fire exit to building for customers which in itself is a breach.
