The receptionist today was so rude and she doesn't know how to speak over the phone she says stay with me online rather than say stay on the line

The lady shes working at the receptionist today shes a big lier and so rude she hung up on me while Im on the phone with her explaining about my appointment also she pretended to be the manager she didnt expect that I will come to the clinic after she hang up on me. This clinic always over booked they dont know how to manage the booking. To the management please make sure the people you employee theyre respectful people not like this one Ive been two years here the other two ladies very nice but this one she shouldnt working there as she has no manners at all.
