Been to a lot of dentists over the years and Victor is among the best, I am always completely relaxed and confident in his care and for me that is hard as I have never forgotten the dentist in the small country town I grew up in who wouldnt use anasthetic with boys as "we were young men and men didnt feel pain". Thank you Victor for being a great dentist.

Poor Dr. Nguyen; he as a dentist is great. But because of his new reception, me & my family will never go to them again! Last year we were there for our 6m check up; she lost my private health card & she made me go back home (20 mins drive) to get the spare card so they can charge us. That same afternoon we discovered she gave my card to another patient. And today I'm desperate to get an emergency dental work done & thought better to go to a dentist that knows my history- Dr. Nguyen. Got the same receptionist on the phone; we spent a good 15 mins arguing which of my teeth needs work done, I think I would know which teeth I had root canal done. And of course, she got the wrong file in front of her. She is just the worst!! She talks way too much; she prefer hearing her own voice then actually listening to the patient.

Dental brace service is average. I suggest the staff keeps their own ledger of payment, which is good business practice. A ledger can only be a simple notebook with payment signature of customer and some other remarks or action item. I don't know why they don't understand the value of having their own records. If you guys can give me your email address, I would tell you more feedback to improve your business process.
