        Never pays bills. Never pays super to employees. Lies through their teeth. Shonky piling work. Tells numerous lies about employees recent and past. Accused of stealing fuel when I own a petrol and only have access to diesel, mind you filling two work utes, two piling rigs and a excavator. Deducts motor vehicle accident excess from pay but doesn't lodge claim so that insurance and debt collectors chase employee for excess. Eventually received owed superannuation through ATO after class action was lodged against owner. Claims that employees are sacked when they lodge their resignation. The owner of innovative piling (Ash) is a lier who owes alot of money to all forms of subcontractors. Will make up the worst of stories to get out of trouble. Good luck innovative.
