They never answer their phone. Tried calling them hundred times on almost every day, I can't book them for window tint repair. Why provide a phone number if you're not going to answer calls?

I had bird poo stain on my car even after I washed it off! So I called the dealer where I picked up my Mazda 2 and spoke with the consultant who sold me paramount paint protection. She very quickly booked an appointment for my car to review. I waited in the showroom for about an hour. When i got back to my car it literally looked brand new again. This was because I had a lifetime warranty on my paint work which I didnt even know about !!! Plus my car is red so it the spot was so obvious. I would recommend paramount paint protection and wouldnt drive another car out of the dealership without it.

In the interest of transparency I'm going to leave my original post as shown below but have updated this review as follows: I received a call from Ecotec Global recently who apologised about the experience I had received and mentioned they were under new management and would like the opportunity to rectify the problem. My car was booked in to have the original coating removed and then reapplied addressing all of my concerns. I received the car back and I'm happy with the remedial work that has been done, and I have to commend Ecotec for reaching out to rectify the situation a year after my original review. I'm sure many companies would not bother and leave the bad reviews to eventually disappear, so hats off to Ecotec for being proactive, thank you. This is a prime example of how a company stands up to address issues and turns a 1 star review in to a 5 star review. My original issue was down to how the product was applied and not the quality of the product itself and I'm confident those issues have been fully addressed under the new management. Original Review: I had the Paramount Paint and Interior Protection applied to my car from new. The initial application was appalling, patchy, buff marks were applied over etc. The coating is really poor quality, scratches easily, bird droppings and insects etch the coating within a few hours which is useless if you are in a road trip! I use a two bucket (with grit guard) wash method using quality wash and a lambs wool wash mitt (all Meguiars) and it is still really easy to scratch. The interior protection was also badly applied on the dash and after being reapplied has now left my leather topped dash with a shiny finish that reflects badly in the glass when sunny. I have zero faith in the product and would have been better off just putting the cash spent in a pile and burning it. Steer clear of Ecotec and Paramount. Unfortunately there were zero reviews when I bought my car as it was a new product. Save your money and get it done by an independent professional valeter.

I purchased a CX-5 from West End Mazda and was very happy with the paint and interior protection products that were applied to my car. Would highly recommend to anyone!
