My wife Diane has asked me to write a review for her on Professor Timothy Tan, cardiologist: I first saw Professor Tan in July and again in November 2022 as my cardiologist had retired and Professor Tan was recommended. Professor Tan was very pleasant and professional and put me totally at ease. I had to undergo numerous tests to ascertain in what health my heart was in. All went well and I saw Professor Tan again to go over the results. He explained the results to me in plain English and answered all my questions with no hesitation. His manner and assuredness gave me confidence. He gave me a complete bill of health but told me there may be a problem with my thyroid and to see my doctor in that regard. I am now under an endocronologist for my thyroid as I do have problems there. I cannot extol Professor Tan's virtues enough as a cardiologist but to say his professional manner and expertise are exemplary.

Dr Tan is the absolute shining example of what you wish all Doctors would be. He is friendly,thorough,,understanding and takes the time to listen to your concerns. He goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of what your problem is. A total professional !!! I cannot speak more highly of him and would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring, excellent Heart Specialist .

I am visiting Dr Manomohan since 1996. Dr looked after my mother for 21 years. Now I visit him for my health check twice a year. I found him extremely helpful. He is very experienced cardiologist and consultant. I will strongly recommend him for Cardiovascular related issues.

Have been seeing Dr Mohan since 2003 from Blacktown and now in Bella Vista. Obviously occasional delays due to nature of treatment and number of patients he sees. Most specialists appointments takes time which is normal. I highly recommend Dr Mohan who is well supported by his very polite staff.

Made an appointment for 2:45pm Wednesday 10th March 2021. Arrived early, as this was my first time at this clinic and knew there would be paperwork to be filled. While filling the forms, was told that the Doctor is running late and Id be seen at 3:30. Thought it wasnt that bad. I waited. Just before 3:30, the patient with the doctor came out. My turn! But alas! Another patient was waiting before me. She goes in and the reception girl (very polite and very understanding, I must say) tells another lady that shes next!! I waited till 4:00 and there was still that one patient with the doctor and one, or possibly more ahead of me. The 2:45pm appointment hadnt eventuated till 4:00pm!! had booked the 2:45 time slot so I could beat the traffic and pick my kids, on my way back. If I had to wait any longer, Id be home by 7:00! I left without seeing the doctor. Wasted half day of leave! This place has no regard for time or appointment and absolutely no courtesy of informing people of delays, prior to their arrival. They tell you when you are already there. What option do you have other than waiting? Not recommended at all, unless you have an entire day to wait!! UPDATE: The doctor called me to explain why the delays were happening. He has assured me that theyll look into informing patients of the delays, in advance. Thankful for his call and just because he took the time to respond to this feedback and also that he is a really good cardiologist (I had been seeing him since when he was based at Blacktown) Im upgrading the star rating.
