Great service from Insta Property to date, always there to provide advice when needed. We contacted Insta Property by a recommend from my daughter's fiance for our rental property and look it back, we made the right choice. Vicky helped us to manage our rental property, she always responded to my queries quickly that made us happy. After signing an agreement with them, within two days, Vicky opened a house inspection which attracted more than 30 people to turn in and within 5 days, she found a good tenant with timely manner. Well done Vicky Happy with their service.

Vicky was truly exceptional. I met her at the open house. She guided me through my application as I haven't been a renter for over 15 years. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process was unbelievable. Thank you Vicky.

Bad service take forever to make a decision put my application in and still waiting iv called 100s times very sketchy these people.....the lady showing the house picture was on the wall of the property I viewed was soo weird
