Weirdly! After my review from first account i am unable to reply in the agency response. Not sure if that access has been blocked. Anyway, respond to your reply: the agency has done an inspection to my property and agreed that property needs a pest control! Viola told me she will contact the owner and arrange the same. I have sent follow up emails after that and nobody bothered to even respond. I am not aware of any strata fumigation. There is no notice or announcement from them.. at least not in my record. They didnt send any email notice or no notice were attached in the building noticeboard( normally thats how they announce). Also i have raised shower door to be replaced as well. No one responded to that as well.. the wasp problem in the ac vent as well. Viola told me handyman would visit and fix the issues. No one contacted me after that. If you can prompt reply here, please respond to my emails as well and address the issues or simply call me. Thanks.

Never experienced such worst service from a real estate agent before!!! From day 1 its hard to reach them for everything! The day we move in, they forgot to tell us there is a remote key door installed in the garage door. And i ended up waiting with my movers for 4 hrs before they manage the key .The house was suppose to be clean and pest free. Its been 7months we requested for the pest control, after so may calls and emails with pictures and videos they simply decided to ignore now. They even came inspect the property for pests and agreed to arrange one but never did! Broken shower door never got fixed! However you will see the rent is deducted on time from your account they will make sure that!! They dont care about their tenants at all!!!

Worst real estate. Send me fake emails saying I owe weeks of rent. They fail to automatically debit my account for bills then charge me late fee. Took them 10 months to send out handyman to fix toilet fan and water leak in toilet. Worst business people ever, only care about your money.
