Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. They were managing my property, ended up taking the side of the tenant who trashed our property.

I rented a property from R&W Bankstown where I had to chase them up via phone every 2-3 weeks on most occasions after receiving no response from them. This was due to the property flooding, having a burst water pipe, and suffering a mould problem. I am still owed money due to emergency repairs I had to undertake. They wilfully chose not to pay. There is another bill that they refused to pay as well but that's another issue. When I raised my concerns with the principal agent, Tony, I was dismissed, told what i was saying was 'hearsay' (so politely being told I was a liar) despite me having emails showing them they owed me money and had the receipts to prove it. Follow up August 2022: just shy of a year later they never given my money back or contacted me again. They responded to other negative comments on here but avoided this one. A testament to their attitude. My new real estate agent have been absolutely amazing and are a stark contrast to R&W Bankstown. I signed on with them for another year because of it. You should be able to trust a real estate agent, not be robbed by them.
