As a landlord, you can rest assured that we will treat your tenants with the contempt to which they are entitled, to the point that they either move out of their own accord or simply give up on life and cease to afford the rent, thus saving you potentially hundreds in property management fees while we charge you many more hundreds for representing you at NCAT and drawing up a new lease for the next tenant, all while you receive no rental income for weeks on end. As a tenant, you will be pleased to know that we will promptly attend to urgent repair requests including toilet blockages with a stern admonishment about the state of your landlord's lawn during Sydney's wettest year on record. Should there be any other reason (such as serious illness, injury or hospitalisation) that you cannot maintain the landlord's lawn in accordance with the legally non-enforcable list of expectations that came separate to the lease, please do contact our office so that our highly empathic receptionist can have a slightly less rude tone of voice over the phone for a short time. If you have any complaints, please put them in writing to the office, where we will diligently print and place them in the circular file, where we may dig them up later to use against you at NCAT. Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, which at best will be a slightly softened tone of voice next time we speak with you, feel free to escalate your complaint to Google Maps reviews. Here, we have many more outcome options available to you, including accusing you of never having dealt with us before, bragging about screwing you at NCAT, and publicly threatening to call DOCS on you.

I'm so glad Dean was working for us. Dean is professional, honest, determined, and hard working. Dean sold us the property many years ago and we knew that Dean will be the one to sell our place when the time was right to sell. Dean focused on our needs which was reassuring because we don't sell property every day and we don't have much experience, but Dean handled everything so well. Whether youre a tenant or landlord, trust that they will take your money and not even give you bare minimum service. Non-responsive and unable to solve typical problems. You may as well so everything yourself without these middle men.
