Zamel's Jewellers - Bankstown

Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism. I received a text message letting me know that my item was ready to pick it up yesterday 9:00am in the Bankstown branch. I asked for permission at work to pick it up and unfortunately my item was not ready. The store can not give a date to pick it up. If I selected the option to pick it up is because I needed my item asap. In my experience, I would not recommend you guys due to a your lack of professionalism.

Thank you to Michelle and Charmaine for helping us pick out a watch for a 21st gift. They acknowledged us and were warm and friendly. It didnt feel like they were shoving a sale down our throat.
