poor customer service , very unprofessional. Appealing manners The store manager failed to offer an apology and gave us attitude when didn't deliver our purchase properly. A bit of a long shot but worth reading! We bought a set of lounge and a coffee table. The lounge was delivered without the coffee table and I was told that the coffee table wasn't ready!!! I contacted the store and Joseph initially offered to deliver it to us then changed his mind and said they find someone to deliver it to us. After 10 days and no update on the time frame for delivery, I offered to collect it from the store however the store manager ?Rebecca didn't offer any compensation or even a simple apology. on the day of pick up I was told that it costs them $180 to get it delivered to us and that was the reason for the delay in addition to the long drive. They were also about to us the wrong coffee table and just before we put it in the car they recognized its not our order. A long and frustrating process with poor customer service. Mistakes happen but at least an apology and proper customer service should be offered .

All the staff were extremely helpful. Store has very nice ambience and product are very high quality.

Ordered sofa from Natuzzi Editions Auburn and I felt very happy and satisfied. Joseph is very good recommendations and five stars service. Also the team manager is very nice and gave us a good way to choose. I am looking forward to my sofas arrive. Totally to recommend to visit Natuzzi Editions Autburn and pick your favorite.
