        WORST experience. Buying a simple console table has turned into three month saga. Damaged piece 2x - delivery driver refused to take it back - is taking them 6 weeks to come and 'have a look' with no resolution in sight. DO NOT BUY from them - you will be waiting significantly longer time for delivery compared to other furniture stores with just as good quality if not better; and you will never be able to contact this store or any customer service agent as they have just one central call centre somewhere that has significant technical issues and the call drops all the time, and you will be waiting at least 1 hour before you get back in touch.
