        We really loved their service and instalment of flooring. They conducted themselves very professionally but still in a friendly manner when it came to serving the customer. Despite a few difficulties they were very patient and understanding in catering to our needs. Overall high quality work and people. Ten out of ten would recommend again for anyone.

        We are very satisfied with the professional installation of floorboards at our home - it looks beautiful. Despite us having a lot of questions, particularly regarding the stairs, the Ozwood team patiently explained our options and quoted us for the various options. The pricing is competitive and it was clear from the installer's recommendation regarding our stairs that they were focused on the quality of the finished look rather than charging us the most expensive option. Thank you for the hard work!

        Ozwood Flooring was recommended by a friend in Newcastle, and so I was pleased when I received fantastic service from start to finish, by Tony Chen at Ozwood Flooring in Castle Hill. Tony provided exceptional customer service - even taking me from the Castle Hill store to the Auburn warehouse store to show me exactly what I wanted. He was professional and clear in his communication, and let me negotiate for the best possible price. The installers arrived on time and were very nice and polite and the installation of the engineered timber floor was done perfectly. Super impressed and the flooring looks amazing.         We just recently had our flooring installed by Ozwood and we are very happy with the outcome. It looks great and feels nice to walk on. Our floor needed to be levelled with a self levelling liquid concrete on top of the tiles, and then the 8mm Pebble Beach hybrid flooring. The installers are highly skilled and super hardworking. Shirley and the team are experts in this industry, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again
