We couldn't make it to our son's appointment and tried calling repeatedly to let them know but no one answered. The receptionist then called me half an hour after the appointment time and was very rude and arrogant about us missing our appointment. While I was trying to explain that I called the clinic to notify them, the receptionist hung up on me. Shame on you. Your attitude was despicable and you should go find a job that doesn't require you to be in contact with humans. For anyone reading this, do yourselves a favour and go to a different clinic. At least until they replace this rude person with someone that has some decency.
