NAS Advanced Medical Centre

They dont even deserve the 1 star. Learn how to be professional in such a firm and learn how to talk properly. The receptionists are so rude and disgusting especially the scarfie one.

Dr Farhan and Dr Ahmed Al Jaish = top of the range! If you ever visit this medical centre, I highly suggest consulting with either :) Also, I highly recommend dealing with the very cheerful receptionist known as marzia. Never has she made me feel upset and she sure knows how to put a smile on everyones face :) she deserves a pay raise in my opinion for all the hard work she does

Very poor quality of customer service. Patients are contributing revenues, the customer service providers at the front desk don't realise that. They are dealing with Patients from different cultures, they need be more softer, polite and friendly towards Patients. So, only one star was provided to front desk customer service Operators only.
