They are scammers. We took a Van that they gave us broken and when we realized we couldn't return it because it was closed, the next day we went to change it since we had wasted the day and we couldn't make the move. They give us another van supposedly for free since the other one was not broken. and then they wanted to charge us for two days of van and $2800 of breakages that had been invented. They have no photos or proof of anything. They are real scammers. Please dont rent with them. Other companies are lovely.

I am absolutely outraged by the treatment I received from this van rental company. Not only did they attempt to scam me out of $2800 for a damage I had nothing to do with, but they also charged my credit card without my consent for two days of rental. The van itself was in terrible condition when I received it, with several dents and scratches that had not been noted on the rental agreement. I made sure to document all of these damages before driving the van off the lot, but apparently, this did not matter to the company. When I returned the van, they claimed that I had caused additional damage to the vehicle that was not present when I rented it. They refused to listen to my side of the story and insisted that I pay for the damages immediately. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card without my authorization for two extra days of rental. I had only agreed to rent the van for a specific period, and they had no right to extend the rental period without my consent. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a van from this company to look elsewhere. They are clearly unscrupulous and will stop at nothing to scam their customers out of money. I am beyond furious with the way I was treated and would never do business with this company again.

Terrible Lady manager. No customer service experience at all. The attitude was the worse. Once visited I don't think anyone will go back. Not me. Sorry. But there are plenty of rental places in the same area to choose from.
