Ruba Jyotica Dr

Dr ruba is amazing. I had some issues later in pregnancy and she identified these immediately and I felt very safe and well cared for. She is a very warm and friendly person.

Dr Ruba could not have been more amazing, we loved her support and help through your the whole pregnancy and delivery. She is Very professional and gave us so much confidence in her delivering our baby safely no matter the situation. Couldnt of been happier. We hope to use Dr Ruba again in the future. Dr Ruba is very professional, extremely experienced and has a lovely bed manner. We've recommended her to friends and are back for number two :-)

Dr Ruba is an exceptional obstetrician. The care she gave us through three very different pregnancies was above and beyond. She is a professional, caring and very competent doctor and i cannot recommend her highly enough.

Can't comment on Dr Ruba as her reception was run so poorly that I was not interested in actually seeing her. Called to book an appointment with a referral to her. Her receptionists said they would triage me. Finally got an appointment with a 4 month wait. Had the appointment for less then 2 weeks, i failed to return a document due to being busy. Got an email saying my appointment was cancelled, less then 2 weeks after i booked it and still 3-4 months before the appointment. Tried to dispute and request they resend the documents, totally ignored by reception. I could understand the cancellation if it was 2 weeks out or maybe 1 month but really? Cancel with 4 month to go and no attempt to prompt me to return the documents. Very disgusted with the customer service here. If i were the Doctor, I'd be reviewing my admin team. Not to mention when I contacted another gyne i got an appointment 3 weeks from the date i called...
