I had an emergency that was resolved by Vicky Sheldon in the fastest way possible. Despite, Vicky was not in the office, she arranged everything for me to resolve the issue I had within 5 minutes. She has proved to be a very responsive and efficient person

I was quite delighted to talk to Drucilla in my recent dealings with Bright & Duggan. She was prompt and very easy to talk to and was really helpful and reassured me with my understanding of the complex. Would recommend as one of the top property management companies in ACT.
