Very happy with the result. In a challenging housing market Alex gave great advice and set realistic expectations. Quality of support and responsiveness was fantastic. I had never see it before, but the pictures on allhomes with the photoshopped furniture were great for attracting interest.

I have recently rented out my brand new apartment through Archer real estate and have been dealing with Chelsey. She has been FANTASTIC!!! She is so kind and always willing to help! She kept in constant contact with me through every single process and has made my first time as a landlord a total breeze. I have rented through Archer Canberra (formally PRD) twice. In the past I had Emma as a PM and most recently, Georgina. Both ladies are so incredibly caring and attentive - always quick to help out if needed or answer any questions. They are friendly and they always greet you with a smile. My recent move/end of lease was seamless with the help of Georgina. Renting through Archer is such a positive experience, am grateful to have done so.
