Went to this "establishment " today and was teated like scum by the manager. I was planing on eating there and had bought my own drink from somewhere else.
I asume the hyper agresive and confrontational woman who spoke to me was the manager. I was told because I had not ordered immediately I was unwelcome as the tables were for paying customers only (I think it was assumed that I was not going to puchase anything).
The customer service skills displayed by this shrew of a woman were abismal. When I told her that I would comply with the orders she had barked at me and would leave but yhat I disliked the way she was talking to me I was told "well too bad".
As a former local to Kununurra I was gobsmacked by this womans wanton lack of professionalism. I personally will never be going there again.
