I'm absolutely petrified of dentists. But Dr Moir was extremely kind, understanding, patient and highly professional. Can absolutely recommend him to anyone. The lady who was the assistant was also very lovely. Lovely reception staff.

I took my five year old for a check up but Lars was more interested in insulting me with his rudeness about one of my front teeth being slightly discoloured. Whilst examing my child's teeth he asked "What are you doing about that tooth?" I assumed he was talking about a tooth in my child's mouth, so I replied puzzled "What tooth?". To which he replied laughing "You know the tooth the front grey one!" I am still recovering from Dry Socket after an implant so cosmetics are not high on my list at present. I was dumbfounded by such rudeness! I guess when you obtain an appointment one hour prior over the phone it is obvious business is slow as I usually can't get into my dentist @ Byron Bay Dental for at least a week! We certainly won't be returning there as manners especially when you are paying for a professional service are paramount! If you're going to Broome Bruce is the best dentist!!!! What a contrast to Lars - the service was professional he had a great sense of humour and the kindness by all the staff and making you feel at ease was paramount. I was even given a pearl shell upon leaving...wish he would open a practice on the East Coast!!

Thankyou to Lars and the team for finding time in a busy day to look after my issue when my filling fell out the evening before. You were professional and kind when filling the tooth. I am so very thankful.
