This is a sparsely-treed re-growth area of bush on the side on Constitution Hill. It was cleared for a pine plantation in years gone by and only a few self-sown pinus radiata appear. The only tree is Grey Box. Understorey is shell grass, hedge wattle and dianella spp with some native grasses. There are wombats and Eastern Grey kangaroos. The climb to the top of the hill is also driveable but with some peril. Birds are best seen in the early morning. It was an excellent place for Satin Flycatchers. I once saw a party of Varied Sitellas. Brown thornbill, weebill, Superb Fairy Wren, Crimson Rosella, Sulphur-crested Cockatoo, Galah, Yellow-faced Honeyeater are the commoner birds. I once saw a Noisy Friarbird,
