        Absolute disgrace. The heffer at the front counter is so rude and has no compassion. I had a 2.50pm appointment which I was 5 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. I left work early to be at this appointment and now I have lost money and still am in pain and cannot be seen to. I'd anyone reads this avoid this doctors like the plague they are very unprofessional and do not care

        Lovely competent doctor who works with individuals needs without judgement, as with ALL doctors there is always perhaps a 10-15 min wait but overall always a good experience.

        Worst reception I have ever come across. Have been going there 12 years and made app 2 weeks ago to say that I hadn't. Got my mother to make another and I am no longer on there list and won't make an app. Appsolotely disgusted in this surgery and it all starts in reception. Rude arrogant b.... It's free to be polite.
