George Nicolopoulos provided a very comprehensive and detailed house inspection report in accordance with The Australian Standard for Building Inspections (AS 4349.1). The inspection report used a comprehensive checklist and summary with photographs to describe minor defects of the dwelling. It also provided me with enough information to be aware of the property's condition and identified any significant problems. Overall I was very satisfied with the inspection report and appreciate the professional service from Mr. Nicolopoulos. Would highly recommend!

George completed a building and pest inspection for me today. I only had to book him 2 days in advance. He was extremely professional, well priced and very thorough with his inspection. He was very forth coming with his advice, and his report was clearly written and compliant to AS 4349.1 (2007). I recommend booking George for your next building and pest inspection.

Very Good Service.!! Building House Inspections was highly professional and helpful. They picking up on many small things we completely missed in our final walk through. They had a comprehensive report back to us within 12 hours, there report saved us a lot of potential cost in repairs or maintenance. We are very satisfied with the service, can't get better than what they provided.
