Why wouldnt you increase the general waste collection to weekly over the very busy Christmas/New Year period. Uncollected general waste bins everywhere. The others are weekly, so why not general waste for this period. Very average service.

i rang bass council health department requesting a septic tank permit and they were pleasant, helpful and the permit was sent to my builders within the hour and i would like to thank you.

I must compliment Mark, Noel and the lass on reception, as well as the outdoor staff of the Council, on their professionalism, competency and friendly approach when I reported an issue that arose during a visit to Cowes recently. Staff acted swiftly to remedy the matter Well done all!
