I have enjoyed seeing Dr Katz in rooms at Moorabbin as a patient for enlarged prostate symptoms numerous times for over a year and a half. The Hospital being in attendance on two occasions for surgical procedures was extremely good (quiet, easy to park, clean, well staffed, efficient) and convenient, esp. having a 24-hrs emergency area as part of the hospital should post-surgery recall be required outside of hours.
Three hospital-admitted procedures (each completed by Dr Katz) and engaging through Men's Health Melbourne - his practice, my experience was highly positive. The process went smoothly, and the staff were always excellent and supportive. Well-organized, detailed, and patient and time was taken to ensure I was comfortable along the way as the steps progressed.
A special shoutout to Andrea, an absolute gem to deal with on multiple occasions and guidance even on occasions of short notice to clean up required tests and pre-op tasks. She went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly.
I am more than happy to tell friends about this practice and Dr Katz, something other than what I would typically do. Still, Men's Health Melbourne makes a potentially emotionally challenging experience as smooth and positive as possible, and it's the treatment, the entire team, that I give my 5-star rating absolutely, without hesitancy.
