Lidia is amazing!!! She was recommend by one of my colleagues at work. I brought my mum for the treatment recently as my mum suffers chronic shoulder and neck pain and lower back pain from carrying baby 24/7 at home. We were skeptical of Bowen therapy before, however we changed our mind totally after one session. My mum told me that she felt so much relieved and better just after one session. She was so happy that I brought her to Lidia's treatment and the treatment was so effective that fixed her problems. So specific things I like about Lidia, 1) She really takes her time listening to your concerns, and getting to know you / your body. 2) Shes extremely professional, caring, and GREAT at what she does!! 3) She is very knowledgable and really interested in different cultures. She is full of life experience and is willing to share with her customers. To sum up, I highly recommend Lidia! My mum and I have told so many people about her, and will keep spreading the words for her because she really makes people feel SO awesome!!! Thank you Lidia.

Lidia is so incredible at what she does, I've been a client of hers for 7+ years and she has helped me with so many issues, the most incredible thing was her helping me to recover from chronic back pain that I'd been experiencing for years. I've never had a "massage" from a remedial massage therapist, or even a myotherapist, that has come remotely close to what Lidia/Bowen does for me, and I always walk out of my appointments feeling so much relaxed and looser in my body. Feeling the changes in my body even while she's working on me is incredible as well!

First time trying Bowen Therapy and I feel 80% better. Have another session soon and looking forward to it! Lidia is great at explaining the therapy and also great at what she does. Highly recommend after the first session.

Lidia is the best. I walk in each time with aches and come out with a head full of knowledge! My issues have now eased without the need for harsh, invasive treatment. Have been recommending Bowen therapy to everyone I know.
