What is this sorcery?! I have had psoriasis for over 15 years and gone to numerous doctors and dermatologists in search of relief. Nothing has worked - until now. Im so grateful to Dr Paul Curnow, my skin is so clear, no more painful itching and I feel so much more confident! By the way, I see a couple low star reviews here and wanted to share my 2c. I have found the reception staff to be exceptionally kind, helpful and patient - Im honestly surprised to read those reviews as my experience has been nothing but positive. I would highly, highly recommend this clinic, best dermatologist Ive ever seen (by far!)

My experience with Williamstown Dermatology was disgraceful. After going through the process of obtaining a referral as a new client and trying to arrange an appointment (which took weeks), I was told they weren't taking on any new clients. This information would've been valuable prior to the time and effort I've now wasted in trying to see someone at their clinic. To top things off, the administration person who left a message said "she was too busy to return a call" to discuss. Sounds like they either need to employee more staff, or be open and honest with potential clients in future, and make them aware of the clinics approach to the way they interact with clients. Give your business to another clinic!!

I would highly recommend Dr Paul Curnow. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. During my visit he listened and actioned all of my concerns and was easy to talk to.

Rude and uncaring admin. My mother who is in her 60s was trying to get an appointment and they would not allow phone bookings, she then managed to email the request but they would not accept as the referral attached was in photo form and not scanned. She does not have access to a scanner / fax machine, and many dont. Some nuance would go a long way especially during the pandemic. This needless wait has the potential to exacerbate health conditions. Disappointed. She will be forced to go elsewhere.

Dr. Curnow was very friendly, professional, and obviously knew his stuff inside out. And any medical practitioner who likes basketball is A+ in my book!
