- Genuine passion for helping overcome the trap of obesity and consequential poor health
It has been really easy to prioritise other facets of my health, or to make excuses for the behaviours that have led to my obesity. If you're anything like me you know how helpful it is when doctors tell you how to be healthier - not very. Arun won't tell you to do better, he'll give you all of the tools, knowledge and resources to take action for your future.
