As Agent, they are really doggy that to do illegal eviction to tenant. They did not follow any legal way to do that, we had all photos, emails and video to proof they were not proper agent. they put the photo from the website, the real address from their office is smaller than 1 bedroom apartment size. they are not big company, do not trust them, as landlord if you find them to lease, they do not have skill to handle the tenant, if you are a tenant, they will use illegal way to treat you. they only will cause more trouble for landlord and tenant at the end. The best way is get away from them. and since they did illegal eviction. if you read their reviews, you are not hard to find they ask the staff or friend who leave the positive review to themself as well. They only think the way to do it in grey area. we have all evidence that how this agent operate badly, if you find them to sell, they actually may take an year and they won't able to sell the property, and they always disturb tenant and not follow all the rules to avoid to pay. in terms of their experience and skill. they were not professional enough as agent to handle it. We took further legal action to this company. We will report this to consumer affairs as they may lose their license. Since this case under VCAT right now.
