        UBMC is the most professional and organized building management i have dealt with. They are so knowledgeable and organized, and very friendly. From my experience they have dealt with all enquiries and possible issues quickly and efficiently, they also have great communication, something that is often lost these days. If you are staying at Melbourne Village you are in good hands!

        I locked myself out of my apartment and Mr Kamrul, the concierge was so helpful. He had organised a replacement even before I returned to the building after a long day of work so late in the evening. He was friendly, efficient and most of all very welcoming. Thanks again for all your help.
